1. About these terms

BackgroundRemoved provides manual product-image editing, background removal, clipping paths, masking, recoloring, image optimization and ready-made logo concepts. By requesting or accepting a quote, you agree to these terms for that project.

2. Quotes, scope and payment

A quote confirms the agreed service, price, turnaround, output and any revision scope. Work begins after the scope and payment arrangements are confirmed. Prices can change only if the brief, image quantity or complexity changes before work begins.

3. Client materials

You confirm that you have the right to provide any images, links, logos, text, brand assets and references used in the project. Please keep your own backup of every original file. We do not claim ownership of your original product images or brand materials.

4. Delivery, revisions and approval

Delivery timings are estimates based on the agreed scope and the information supplied. Please review delivered work promptly and describe any reasonable correction needed within the agreed revision scope. Delays caused by missing files, unclear instructions or a changed brief may affect delivery timing.

5. Ready-made logo concepts

Ready-made logo concepts are offered at the stated price, currently US$200 unless a different quote is agreed. Name customization may be available. The final scope, permitted colour changes, files and transfer of rights are confirmed in writing before payment. A concept is not reserved until that agreement is confirmed.

6. Communications and privacy

7. Liability

To the extent allowed by law, BackgroundRemoved’s responsibility for a claim connected with a project is limited to the amount paid for the affected service. We are not responsible for indirect loss, lost profits or issues caused by materials, instructions or third-party platforms outside our control.
